Or wolverine suggested via IM that we could allow not displaying ads for certain members (like valuable posters), which is also a way. I now have to work on something else, but pls post your feedback - I'd like to have as much responses as possible.

And so it will be. Members with rank at least 1000 will see "normal" ad-free images instead of that frames page. This is IMO quite a good compromise that gives us possibility to display the banner to most people and gives another advantage to valuable posters as well. Give me a day or two to make this happen...

Yes and you can check your rank on the  user statistics page.

There simply would be a link "download set as zip" (it works quiet nicely on one porn site, where I found it :) ). If there was a button or a link to download the images from a post, that would be great!
Any chance of it being possible for auscelebs.net?

We are looking at implementing something like that but only in the context of other, greater changes to come to site.

BTW sharkboi, your current ISP's mail server is stubbornly rejecting emails sent from the auscelebs server to notify you of new posts. I am not sure what more we can do so if you have another email address you can use, please do.

I wondered why the emails had stopped..
I just used an old Hotmail acc and sent an email, and it arrived immediately, have also checked my email acc settings and spam filters are turned off, so I can't understand why this would happen.. :!:

I'll turn off email notifcations, I don't really need them when I almost live here anyway...

That could be some DNS problem, do you access the forum via forums.auscelebs.net? (you may have ie. bookmarked forums.auscelebs.net which may for some reason still aim you to the old server (where the site is still active and disabled with that 'in few hours' message). I placed a basic redirect there now, so try access forums.auscelebs.net and let me know if it works... Big thanks for letting us know btw.

I don't like the the factthat 'Downthemall' no longer works here, it is a pain in the arse downloading individual pics, does any body have an alternative that works in a similar way?

Please refer to this post, first on this page
viewtopic.php?f=73&t=15262&p=443434#p442959

Basically, it will be possible to use Downthemall but only if user's upload ratio is high enough - if not, banners are the order of the day! Work is under way to implement this facility, should be no more than couple of days before completion.
