It does mean you would pay less than you would if it were a box-set. When they re-released The X-Files & B5 in slip cases they cut the price down to about a half.

..appropriate as she IS the Doctor's Daughter (Peter Davison is her Father) & not the first child of a Dr to appear in the series either - David Troughton did appear thrice in the programme between 1967 and 1972

"Thrice" is a word that deserves to become popular again!

You know those three early "missing" Dr Who dalek stories:
The Dalek Master Plan (Hartnell)
The Evil of the Daleks (Troughton)
The Power of the Daleks (Troughton)
...that we thought we'd never see? I just found out somebody's uploaded the complete stories on YouTube. Goodness knows where he got them but I thought you'd like to know.

EDIT: I just found out it's just the audio track with stills. I knew it was too good to be true. Still, at least it's a chance for some of us to finally see & hear it in some shape or form.

Someone's uploaded "Davros Connections" here in five parts:

I quite enjoyed it. I've never listened to any of the audio stories so learned quite a bit.

Let's play bestest & worstest ever companions! I'll go first:
Bestest ever companions:
1: Sarah Jane
2: Jamie
3: Harry
4: Ian
5: Leela
6: Jo
7: Romana II
(I'd like to have put the Brig first but I'm not sure I can actually count him as a companion.)
Worstest ever companions:
1. Mel!!!!!!!!!!
2. Adric
3. Peri
4. Vicki
5. Tegan
Character I'd like to have seen as a companion (or at least seen more of):
Sabalom Glitz

Oh, I quite like Nicola Bryant; I just don't like Peri. Bonnie Langdon's not bad on the eyes either but Mel was positively excruciating.

Who else thinks that, because there's not going to be as many episodes of Doctor Who this year, Aunty should give Dr Who another run 6.30 to 6.55pm Mon-Fri on ABC1? We have to introduce Generation-Why to more classical culture! Of course, the 6.55 to 7pm slot should be used (as tradition dictates) for reruns of "The Red & the Blue".
