You may not be able to get the images hosted here, but, there are a few regular posters who use 'mageBam or Imagevenue for their images, you can still get theirs with the FF addon ImageHost Grabber http://imagehost-grabber.com/

It won't work with Image Shack images though, for them you need the De-ImageShack addon http://celebnamer.celebworld.ws/firefox/deimageshack/
But even it won't work with all ImageShack posts you will come across on forums....

have fun, there is lot's of good stuff out there...

True but most people these days upload their images to this forum to increase their rating.

FlashGot with the FlashGet option selected works well for me. I find the FlashGet interface a little easier than using the DTA option.

Yeah, I tried that when I first discovered this site, but couldn't figure out how to configure it to only get the full size images and nothing else.

Just select (highlight) the full size image links, which are normally the bottom links and the ones with the post OC ID at the end.

Ok, but DTA is easier, It does all the selecting for you based on your filters, all you have to do is tell it where to save and press Start.

Had a few problems with DTA, one being that it treated thumbnail jpegs the same as full size jpegs.

Horses for courses, I find FlashGet very easy.

I know what you mean, once you have a system set up on your computer, and it all works ok, there is no reason to change things is there.
As the saying goes, if it ain't broke don't fix it...

You have it sharkboi, no one's system is better than another, what's best is what you are happy with and it does what you want.

ive tried using the programs suggested in this thread but i still cant download the large sized photos, they just keep on downloading the thumbnails.
is there any other free programs or plugins to download all the photos at once.

Just wondering if anyone knows of a program or some way of downloading all the images (their full sized versions, not the thumbnails) that are on a page here.

On the old forums i used to be able to do it with a program called "BilderHerunterlader" it would queue up all the images on a page, I'd hit start and it would start downloading the full size version of every pic on the page. It made getting a whole page of pics soooo much easier.

I've tried the same program here on the new forums but now it only downloads the thumbnail sized version of the pics.

Hope someone can help *dreads the thought on opening, saving 100's of pics*
