Just wondering if anyone knows of a program or some way of downloading all the images (their full sized versions, not the thumbnails) that are on a page here.
On the old forums i used to be able to do it with a program called "BilderHerunterlader" it would queue up all the images on a page, I'd hit start and it would start downloading the full size version of every pic on the page. It made getting a whole page of pics soooo much easier.
I've tried the same program here on the new forums but now it only downloads the thumbnail sized version of the pics.
Hope someone can help *dreads the thought on opening, saving 100's of pics*

Yes..... First you need to be using Firefox, second install the addon DownThemAll https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/201then you have to learn how to configure it to do what you want....

Here's my settings, having "Image" in "Fast filtering" is what gets the full size images (from memory!)

hmmm i tried that but it's saving all the pics as "displayImage.php" although when i did as you said and put "Image" in "Fast filtering" it did highlight all the pics and when i right click one that's highlighted in the list and click on "Open http:(the web address for the full size pics)" it takes me to the full size pic.
So i assume that it's trying to download the full size version and it should be doing so as it has the correct address but for osme reason it's not.

Right clicking on one of the highlighted pics in the list isn't the way to get them.
I just went to the Charli Delaney thread, I clicked on DTA and up comes the first window, which shows me all the highlighted pics on the page DTA will get.
Then after choosing the Dir to save the pics in, I click on 'Start" and up comes the second window and shows me the progress of the downloading pics, and when it gets to any on the page I already have they are shown red and are skipped, so at that point I cancel the operation, and that's it.

Hold on, I just remembered something, this site has ads at the top of the pages, and when you click on a thumbnail to view a full sized pic it is shown with and ad frame at the top of the page. This prevents DTA from working. You can only view pics without the ad frame and thereby have DTA work by having a Rating on the site of over 1,000 Your rating is based on your posts, how many etc etc etc The ratings can be seen here - http://statistics.auscelebs.net/user.phpSo as a new visitor to the site DTA won't work for you..... sorry It works for me because I have a rating more than 1,000

Sharboi is right. The best way to increase your rating is to upload good images that members will click on. The more clicks you receive, the faster your rating goes up.
