Another R.I.P. John Warren Geils Jr., founder of The J. Geils Band, was found dead in his home Tuesday in Massachusetts. Police say the death is not suspicious. They scored a number one with "Centerfold" in 1981. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BqDjMZKf-wgJust to give you an idea how the big band was in the early '80s -- the Eagles, U2 and Billy Joel all opened for J. Geils on the road. John Geils was 71 years old. https://www.bostonglobe.com/metro/2017/ ... story.html

‘Happy Days’ actress Erin Moran dies at 56
Erin Moran, the former child star who played Joanie Cunningham in the sitcoms “Happy Days” and “Joanie Loves Chachi,” has died.
Police in Harrison County, Indiana, said that she had been found unresponsive Saturday after authorities received a 911 call. She was 56, and the cause of death has not been determined.
Moran had endured numerous struggles in recent years. Moran had issues with alcohol and substance abuse that led to her reportedly being kicked out of the Indiana trailer park where she lived with her husband Steve Fleischmann.

I'm a Richmond supporter, but geez I hope they do a state funeral, or recognise him this weekend. An absolute legend, the pioneer of football television.
