4% larger isn't much different. The photo I posted is exaclty the same one you posted, which I got from Melissa's facebook page. There is no difference in the photo you and I posted.
If some photos are too large to post on the site, ie magazine article. just copy and paste the link to the photo/magazine instead.

If folks cannot compress a scan to a reasonable size ( 280 to 600 KB as is usual for 300+dpi quality scan of an A4) via jpeg/Tiff then they need to grab some skills. The original would be 3-5MB in BMP form and random with PNG depending on the scanner software.
